Coachable, 21, in Beverly Hills
Hello Forum!
My name is Joe. I am from New York, I currently live in Beverly Hills, Los angeles.
I am new to this forum, I was introduced to biggerpockets by word of mouth from a fellow real estate investor whom approached me at my job.
My background in real estate:
I licensed myself at 18 and became an
agent for the company Douglas Elliman and worked as an assistant to the #1 agent in Long Island NY, Joyce Coletti. Participated in multiple sales and learned how the business works for 2 years.
Currently I am taking courses for my CA lic, so in the meantime I would love the honor to learn from somebody how to invest into real estate rather than traditional representation. If the opportunity doesn't come along, no worries, I'll self teach myself through trial and error.
