Hello BP: Reaching out in introduction as a new member; looking to get introduced to other local like-minded individuals and investors in Greater Boston and South Shore Massachusetts to meet and develop a broader network. Currently looking as a first time home buy for a SFH in Plymouth county for a personal residence, and looking to further invest in fix/flip or rental properties in the coming months as a new side business. I too am new to BP and living in the Boston area. My wife and I are looking for a SFH or MF for our first home as well as looking for small investment properties. Let's find a way to meet up with other BP members in the area.
