I work in commercial construction and am familiar with the construction process. I am looking for guidance on how to locate properties for Flipping. My experience with realtors is they do not understand what investors need, unless i simply have not found the right ones. any help, suggestions, guidance is appreciated.

@Thomas K. welcome to BP. Yes most agents do not know investing and what makes a good deal. Look for agents that sell REO properties. There are a number of agents that invest from the baltimore area here on BP. Set up a keyword alert for baltimore and I am sure you will see some posts by them.
