I'm a 27 year old veteran who has started to really pay attention to my financial life about 4 years ago, I've had 3 jobs since then and they have all progressed how I wanted. Now, I want security, independence, and some extra money would be nice. I have a sizeable down payment saved, with little debt, and I already have a mortgage on my current horse farm, that helps pay for itself. I'm here to learn, grow, and connect with others that have the same passion.
