Hello, my name is Jason and I recently moved to Aurora CO. I am currently in the military and am about 4 years away from retirement. I am looking at getting into real estate investment so I will be more comfortable when I retire. I currently own one rental but want to get that number bigger for some passive income. I am interested in Wholesale, flipping and rental properties. I have attended some other places courses on investment and want to look at all angles to ensure I am very well rounded.
