New to bigger pockets community
HI everyone my name is omar. I'm new to the bigger pocket community. I was introduced to it by my coworker. Looking for some advice on purchasing rental property out of California, somewhere I can make a return to help better my family lives. Currently a homeowner, owned property in the past but sold and bought newer home. Married with a family of 2 young children, my wife is a stay home mom, has been found the last 4 years. I make decent money through my day job as branch account manager for financial institution but would like to get started on a rental property portfolio. Any advice is will be well recieve. Thank you.
