New Member Exploring Remote Investing Options
Hello all, I am an architect living in San Francisco and I am currently exploring investment options in the Midwest. Particularly Milwaukee and Lansing, MI. I am primarily interested in historic or just old and cool properties. I am interested in small multi-family or small commercial. Commercial interests consist of historic "main street" type buildings. Already found a lot to look at here on the site!
