Hi everyone,

My name is tDavid, and I am currently a licensed real estate agent in New York. I am extremely interested in investing in multifamily properties, and am excited about learning the ins and outs of this division of real estate. My first order of business is to find a market that works for me, and has product available. I need to learn how to identify a good market, and how to search for them. If anyone has any tips, they would be most welcome. I am not restricted to NY, or even the tristate area. Thanks so much, and I look forward to getting to know you all.

Best,

David
