I am a novice real estate wholesaler in the metropolitan DC area. I am working on building my marketing funnel and securing deals. I wholesale single family homes, my target property is two bedroom two bath properties between $225000 and $350000. My buyers list is still small but my interactions with local rea groups have been encouraging.
