New member in Cincy/Dayton
Hey, everyone. Newbie to real estate investing and just discovered BP! Started as an accidental landlord 5 years ago and am now trying to move forward with buy and hold SFRs in a more deliberate way. I have no plans to quit my day job, but would like to diversify our investments with more real estate.
We're also new to the Midwest, so looking forward to learning more about the Cincinnati and Dayton markets from experienced locals.
