Asset based lending vs conventional
I have a home i own outright sitting on about 800k in equity but because of a couple factors on my tax return i wouldn't be able to get a conventional loan. What are the Pros and Cons of using an asset based lender? Would love to hear asset based loans stories that you guys have done and recommended lenders.
