Hi everyone! Im a FNG here and am looking to learn as much as possible about defining a strategy to achieve my goals of net annual income of 150K through a portfolio of rental houses. Looing for a mentor in the SWFlorida area too to show me the ropes! Interested in wholesaling, flipping and developing that portfolio of rentals.
