Hi all,

I am a rehabber/wholesaler from the Madison, Wisconsin area.  Really enjoy rehabbing and doing quality work - makes those back-end sales so easy.  I am also a partner in the Madison Real Estate Investors Association, so I get to meet and work with a lot of other investors, REALTORs (my sweetie is one) and vendors.

I also do some creative tech work - develop websites and do the creative emails and content for a few clients.  My life goal is to develop enough of a cash flow of mailbox money (and internet-based work) to move to Panama with my sweetie and life partner.

Actually the only way to get a real estate licence in Panama is to be a Panamanian.  I work for a real estate company here but foreigners can work for a company. However after you get a cedula and become a resident you can wait for 5 years and ask to become a Panamanian. For us residence there is a catch and im 99 percent sure but i would have to look into it. If you wish to become a Panamanian you can however you still have to pay taxes in the U.S. unless you let go of your U.S. citizenship.

I work with foreigners who wish to invest here. Im not sure how the details of taxes work however if anyone has questions i can ask our legal department for further details. Our company has everything one needs to get there investment done from start to finish.
