Hi Everyone,
I just joined BP. I am an experienced CA Broker with a few years of background both in traditional Real Estate transactions and loan process. I am also employeed by a government agency as an accountant/auditor, a field some day will like to leave behind :).
I am finding Wholesaling and Rehabbing/flipping to be very interesting market. Based on what I hear from different podcasts and articles by experts in this field, I feel that I will enjoy doing wholesaling and rehabbing/flipping.
I have gathered enough information in my notes from the experts and organizing them for streamlining purposes and soon will start markating.
