I am just getting started and looking at investing in my first rental duplex before July 2016. I want this to be the start of my portfolio that leads to financial independence from a regular job. Right now I am trying to learn as much as possible and working on getting my LLC set up and financing. I am looking forward to learning more from Bigger Pockets.
