Hello everyone! I'm excited to finally jump into the forums here on BP. I've been listening to the podcast forever and we have our first rental already, so I'm definitely here to stay. (Took us 2 years of trying to get that first deal, too... got in right when prices were soaring and we were getting bid out by 30 all-cash offers, etc..)
Outside of real estate, I'm a Ph.D. student at UCLA, working with big data in human genetics. I love studying trends and analyzing data to find patterns, which can be useful in RE, too.
