New Member from Boston

Hello everyone!

I am excited to join this community. I am currently working as a biostatistician at a research center here in Boston, MA. I became more and more interested in real estate investment starting two years ago or so, and am always up to learning more. 

I am particularly interested in Memphis, Atltanta, and Chicago markets, but wouldn't mind learning more about other markets too. 

I am looking forward to learning and participating in this forum!
