Very new to the Real Estate Investment world. Stumbled across this website, and very eager to learn as much as possible. Short term goal: Invest in a baron land deal in 2016, Long term goal: achieve financial independence and leave the corporate world behind.
Spent the last 15 years in big corp. manufacturing working in various aspects of the Poly Vinyl Resin business. Prior to that spent several years in lending working for Citi Loan Financial, and a few brokerage firms during the high interest real estate era. Enjoyed the experience and actually miss the lending side of things very much so.
Hope to use this site to network, and learn from all the resources that are available.
