Hey everyone. I'm new to the site and trying to learn what I can from people already working in today's market. I'm interested in learning about rehab and hold multi-units in Massachusetts and/or NH. If anyone has any info or advice I'd appreciate the help. Thank you.

Welcome @Joe Languirand

You should start by reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide. Then make sure to set up keyword alerts for geographies and topics that interest you.  After that listen to all the podcasts.

If you have a question it is a good idea to search the forums before starting a new thread. Most questions have been asked many times.

You should pick 2-3 REIAs. The Black Diamond event in Waltham/Worcester is a good one as well as the Chelmsford REIA.

Attend them and learn as much as possible.

Good luck!
