Good afternoon everyone. My name is Virlyn Gardner. I'm a US Army Veteran who just moved to from South Carolina. I always wanted to learn how to flip houses. Some one told me not long ago three thing you should invest in. Moving freight selling house and selling cars I've got the trucking part lined up now it's time to learn from the people actually selling house. Or how you guys would pit it flipping them. I'm ready to start a new chapter of my life and hoping you guys don't mind sharing the information so I can succeed just like you are.

Welcome to the BP family. I encourage you to learn as much as you can good brotha. But by all means don't get analysis paralysis. Learn enough to move forward. Don't try to have everything perfect.
