Hi my name is Shawn and I'm new to BP. I found out about this forum from an agent I'm working with. I'm looking to get started in REI by the way of wholesaling and eventually going into business full time. I have some knowledge in real estate but still a novice. I have the motivation and dedication but in need of direction. With that being said I'm looking forward to seeing what I can gain from BP.

You will find everything you need to be a successful investor from 

this site.  Just figure out what you want to accomplish, develop a 

plan, seek out someone for advise or mentorship who is doing what you want,

and execute your plan.. BTW we are hosting a meet up in Chicago this weekend, if your
