New to BP & eager to learn | Minneapolis, MN

Hi BP community!

This is hopefully my first of many posts on this site. I'm in Minneapolis, MN and stumbled across BP while searching for advice on buying a duplex. My wife and I are first time buyers looking to figure out this craziness and get our feet wet with an owner occupied, FHA financed, 2-4 unit building. We have some exposure to the architecture/contractor ecosystem through my wife's work and have a family member who is our MLS access point, but we are hoping to deepen our knowledge and broaden our network.
