Miami/South FL based, new to BP
I live in the Miami area. I created a profile on the BP site quite some time ago but didn't really start exploring it until recently. I have been doing commercial real estate acquisitions for the last 10 years or so but would like to start building a residential portfolio of my own. I am interested in flips and medium-long term holds. Would love to meet other people who are doing the same and am not married to only the South FL market.
