Good afternoon Bigger Pocket Havers!!!!
My name is Carlton Perkins. I am a real estate rookie from Houston, TX. I am a newbie to Bigger Pockets as well. My real estate interest lie in wholesaling and multifamily units. My day job is teaching high school. Teaching is cool but I want more out of life. My goal is to control 5 million dollars in real estate with both multifamily and single family units. I want to achieve this goal by the time I am 42 years old.I am currently seeking a mentor in this endeavor.I came to Bigger Pockets by itunes. Help is wanted.Does anyone have a good internet link or starting point?
