New Member In Md looking to Collaborate

Hello I am a new real estate investor looking to collaborate and learn with and from others her on BP. When I was a kid I knew I would end up in this business after seeing an ugly duplex get renovated into a spiffy town home. The investor plopped a We buy Ugly Houses sign in the yard and Me being the noisy kid I was asked a lot of questions. I knew then I wanted to do the same thing because from early on I had a gift of taking a little next to nothing and making it something. It took me til now to get to a place in life where I decided to take control of my future and what I decided to do with it. So Im excited about the future.
