You've got a big market in Memphis.  Learn it well, you can make a lot of money in that market (and also lose a lot of money)

Choose your market and the type of properties you are interested in wholesaling.  Then attack the podcasts and the articles on this site to begin.  Try to network with other wholesalers and seek a mentor in the business
