My husband and I started investing in real estate a little over a year ago now.  We have purchased six properties in Baltimore since then and have them rented for about $1600/month.  We are always looking for new deals and hope to get into flipping soon!

Great to hear Eliza, this is a great sight not only to get good information or good networking, but it also is a site for finding great deals. I recently sold a rental unit to an investor from California who was intrigued by the high CoC returns here in baltimore. You can find these kind of deals in the Marketplace on any give day. Prosperous Investing to you.
