Hello from Denver, CO

New member here, Currently looking to spread my wings in the greater Denver area. I actually own a place in Houston but currently Airbnb that one out and spend most of my time in Lakewood/Golden area. I am looking to get into some buy and holds with long term tenant leasing. I've been browsing BP for about a year and a half now and have a fairly good idea of how I want to get into deeper investing. 

As an engineer, I'd say I'm pretty good with numbers. Hardest speed bump I can see is getting started! People say you can get started with little money down, and I still have difficulties adding everything up. Anyways, looking forward to meeting fellow BP and real estate enthusiast!
