19 years old from Phoenix, AZ. Getting started!
Hi my name is Chance Schreiber, I'm living in Phoenix, AZ, I'm about to turn 20 years old next month and am looking to start building a property portfolio I can eventually turn into a business. I have access to a triplex my parents own but pay no attention to, and I was planning on taking over the property management aspect of that to test myself and learn what I can. My goal is to acquire my own first property either as a buy and hold or fix and flip before I'm 21. I'm still in the process of educating myself and am considering getting my license.
