Hello all!

I am getting my feet wet with rental properties- I have invested in 2 flips in SF which went really well, but I want to shift towards multifamily buy and hold. I am researching several different markets out of state.

My other area of interest is short term rentals (Airbnb)- I have been renting out properties on Airbnb and VRBO for 3 years and am happy to answer questions.
