Joined this site to learn more about real estate investing.  Found the podcast and after listening to a few realized there's a lot to learn.  I'm originally from Iowa City, Ia and still have family there.  Currently live in Panama City Beach, Fl.  In my mind I'm looking at buying property (single family, multi family or small commercial) in either location.  That could all change as I learn more here.  Wish me luck
