Hi everyone,

I'm a new member interesting in wholesaling and rehabbing in Washington, D.C. Area. I went through a rehab on my primary residence (a condo in SW) a few months ago and would like to get started with some investment properties. Can anyone tell me what is the best and most efficient way to get started on my real estate investment journey in Washington DC area?

Looking forward to connecting with you!

Welcome to BP, @David Velasco! Make sure to read the BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing. It doesn't have specific advice on DC area, but gives you an introduction into fundamentals of real estate investing in general - something everyone should have before diving deep into the fray.
