Hello everyone, my name is Cheyenne and I am new to the real estate world. I want to start off wholesaling in the tampa bay area. I have been educating myself on this topic for quite some time now and im about ready to test the waters. I am completely open to suggestions, pointers, tips and more. Maybe some first step tips would be nice. or Some "dont forget.." advice. Any and everything will help and be greatly appreciated! Thank you all and good luck to everyone pursuing your dreams and another huge thanks to Bigger Pockets!!

Welcome to BP, @Cheyenne Hope! A great place to start is the BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing. Also, check out BP podcasts, they have a lot of good information.
