Hello Everyone,
I'm Christina from NC. I just recently moved from Greensboro, NC to Wilmington, NC and have been interested in real estate for a few years. I would like to learn more about buy and hold investing from how to spot a good deal to ways to finance these deals. I don't know a lot about the industry but I do know that I don't have all the answers but I am willing to listen and learn. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for the last few weeks and finally decided to join the community to get to know more about the real estate business. My hope is that I get to know some of you and learn from you so that within the next year or so I can buy my first piece of real estate.
