Hello, I'm a new PRO member from Maryland.  I am a licensed realtor in Maryland and Washington, DC with specialties in residential sales and focused on becoming a market expert for Baltimore City, Prince George's County, and Washington, DC investments.  I have a network of investors clients. 

I am a new real estate investor interested in building a portfolio of rental cash flow properties and doing 1-2 flippers per year to build capital.
