Well I haven't made any deal's but one of my goals is to purchase at least three properties before 12/31/2016. I love the mobile home park & mobile home park, so that what I have been researching. Right now I am setting up my legal business name which should be complete in a 2-3 weeks. I will be looking for a mentor that has done mobile home park deals or mobile home deals local to me. Still learning but I feel if I don't get out in the field I wont use the little knowledge learned already. Looking forward to meeting lots of people in this industry local and far. If anyone can recommend any local investor groups in Columbia, SC please chime in.
