long time member, new to posting

I've been coming to bigger pockets for about a year i guess and just wanted to introduce myself formally. Bigger Pockets has been a blessing. The content is amazing and I absolutely love the podcasts. I have been trying to break into the real estate world and have 3 properties one of which I am in the middle of trying to sell. I never wanted to burn any bridges though and just couldn't make the time when I was working a full time job.

I recently was laid off from my job and am ready to hit investing full time. I have a years worth of salary built up and any advice would be helpful. I try to come here at least once per day and am going to make a new goal of mine to try and post something at least every couple days to let people know how I'm doing. 

I am from Somerset County in NJ. Specifically the Branchburg area, and would love to connect with other local investors and new comers to the community.
