After 20+ years in the finance and accounting field. I am now in the real estate investing business. Through my company, my co-founder and I buy houses to wholesale and or flip to other investors to rehab ( and ultimately, resale). We are always looking to establish relationships with other investors, whether they are lenders, agents, brokers, or contractors. We are trained in the Fortune Builders model of investing, so we bring a real measure of industry knowledge to the table in combination with our individual experiences with real estate. It never hurts to make a connection as everyone has information and experiences to make our business better.
