Hello there folks, New guy here!
Name is Austin Quick, I am 20 years old, Am I in college? No i am not. Although there were countless majors i would have loved to pursue, Im creating my own path for success. I am currently learning the nature of the housing market thanks to a passionate mentor of mine. I help renovate his flips and manage his rental properties. I deliver pizza at night 6 days a week to make side money until i go full head on into my real estate career. Based on my high test scores, I am currently on a list presumable in the top 25 percentile for a local elevator union awaiting an open apprenticeship position. I am saving all i can right now, but i plan on making the big moves as soon as i can get on board with the elevator trade since i will be bringing in much more money. As for right now, i want to be well prepared and educated for when that time comes. You have to plan ahead if you want to get ahead, so if you ladies and gentleman can welcome an ambitious learner, and point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.
