AL-PA-TN Contractor to Flipper
My name is Tim. I am 29 years old and from Alabama. My dad owns 30+ rental properties. I learned trade skills from him to upkeep/manage the properties. I went to a trade school and got my associates degree in HVAC. I moved to PA and got married. There I began worked under a real estate agent who began flipping houses. Last year our company flipped 40 houses. I am soon moving to TN where I hope to use my knowledge to begin my own business of flipping houses.
