Real Estate Investor just starting out
Hello everyone, my name is Joe and I am 30 years old starting out in the Real Estate Investing business. I currently own 4 properties that are rented out in Fulton and Montogmery counties in upstate NY. I have also been a licensed real estate agent for the last 1 1/2 years. My goal is to build up as many units as I can for an early retirement, my goal number is 100 units by the time I am 50 years old. I joined Bigger Pockets to hopefully learn from seasoned real estate investors. I am open to all advice, tips, strategies and anything else that will help in a successful real estate investing career. Thank you.
