Hello from California

Hi all.  I just joined.  I'm finally getting serious about becoming a real estate investor.  I am hoping to diversity my investment portfolio with passive income from rental properties (probably outside of California).  I'm here to make sure I understand all the nitty gritty details of how to do that well, especially to think about entity and tax structures as well as find the right properties.  I'm also interested in exploring becoming a private money lender.  I am an accredited investor and a, pretty savvy from a tax and finance perspective.   Looking forward to engaging with you all.
