Any Negative Feedback on Turbotenant?

I just spent this afternoon reviewing the on-line property management websites and came away with a few findings:

- Many are free or low-cost. Unless you have a huge operation, cannot see why you would want to pay for this.

- I liked TurboTenant.com.  It has features I liked:

- Automatic robot-assisted marketing that puts your ad up on various websites, including Craigslist.

- Tenant screening with  credit report and criminal background that tenant pays, $35 basic.

- Problem is, at this time, it does  not provide for electronic payment by tenants.  It says "coming soon."   That's critical for me.

- I looked at TenantCloud.com.  It has above features and even more, BUT only online payments were through PayPal (I dont want to give them 3%. It adds up.) or free ACH payments  through  a company called "DWOLLA", however DWOLLA had a lot of negative reviews on the web, and I don't want to spook a tenant.

- I settled on Cozy.co where I can automate tenant applications and screening and keep track of payments and accept electronic payments through ACH, or debit or credit cards the tenant pays.

Hopefully, TurboTenant will provide free electronic payment and accounting/tracking.  If so I may  come back.

I can't comment on turbo tenant, but I use cozy.co.

I highly recommend it.  It's easy to use. Has a ton of functions and best of all it's free.  They are a reputable company with tons of capital backing them.  They also update frequently as they respond to feedback from landlords.
