I am just beginning my education and was turned on to your site after watching many of the BP videos on YouTube.  There seems to be a vast amount of information out there and I am trying to digest and sort through it. 

I was a math professor for 14 years and then a drilling fluids engineer until a few weeks ago when the low oil prices finally took my job.  I am looking to start by wholesaling and use that to fund passive income properties in the Lubbock area.
