Hello dear BP community I have been following BP on YouTube for over a year.
I'm a full time chef really interested in growing in Real Estate, my first deal was and still being my primary residence bought as a short-sale paid 67k cash on January 2013, spent 18k in renovation and now it's worth around 150k .
I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent 5 months ago, and I'm looking forward to working on this field.
It's a pleasure to be part of this Community "Family" I hope to help others and to learn more as well.
