Looking for Experience in Minneapolis

I am looking to assist any investors in the Twin Cities, Minneapolis, St. Paul area. I am extremely interested in learning the business of investing in real estate and would be happy to be assist in any way I can. I have over 4 years of leasing and property management experience in single family and multifamily homes and basic maintenance skills. Whether it is a flip, a rental, rehab and hold, etc. I want to learn. I also have passed all the necessary classes and passed the exam to obtain a real estate license in Minnesota. I live in Richfield so I am pretty centrally located.
