I have a knack for finding great deals. I also take pride in not being afraid to negotiate great terms. I had my real estate broker license for a short while, but did not have the time to maintain it. I am currently in a position where I may consider getting that license back to benefit my business. I have recently partnered with a radon testing services. This will allow me too make a lot of connections in the real estate market in the Denver metro area of Colorado, beyond my current connections. I have been interested in real estate investment for quit a while. I am not unrealistic about the amount of work this takes and I welcome the challenge. I'm looking to learn as much as possible as well as make connections that will allow me to make real estate investing a reality. I need financial backing as well as a great contractor. I already have brokers that can help with mls searches and inexpensive closings.
