Introduction- Chicago
Looking forward to learning more about Bigger Pockets and starting to make some connections in the Chicago area. I am starting my search for 3-10 multifamily units with value- add opportunities on the North side of Chicago to purchase with a partner of mine. Also looking for opportunities to place capital on Class A rehab apartment/condo projects in Lincoln Park, Old Town, West Loop or Lakeview.
