Part Time Investor, New to BiggerPockets
Hello, my name is Chris and I am new to BiggerPockets. I have been involved in many real estate deals in the past, but viewed my investing as a hobby. I am concentrating my efforts on full-time investing, with a mid-range goal of being able to replace my current 9-5 income with investment income. I like the idea of wholesaling, although I have never completed a deal in that fashion, although I have purchased flips through wholesalers. I would like to concentrate in the Belton/Raymore/Harrisonville MO areas as I become more established in knowledge and experience. I would welcome the advice and guidance of a mentor, and believe a positive relationship with good teacher is beneficial to both parties.
