Hello all, I am new to Bigger Pockets, and seeking knowledge about real estate investing.  I live in Anchorage, Alaska and believe my local market to be overvalued and want to learn about out of state investing strategies and tools.  I have closed 2 deals in the past, and want to build on this experience to develop a strong cash flowing portfolio.
